experfly.co.uk (and any sub domains of experfly.co.uk) is a site operated by Flight PA Ltd (“We”). We act only as Retail Agents of the Travel Principals providing the Travel Service/Product., and do not arrange Package Holidays. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 07938494 and have our registered office at 316 Blackpool Road, Fulwood, Preston, PR2 3AE. Our Head Office is Flight PA Ltd, Media Factory, 4th Floor, UCLAN, Preston, PR1 2HE.
Accessing our website
Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site, or any part of it, is unavailable or not functioning at any time or for any period.

Contracts for the supply of travel arrangements formed through our site or as a result of visits made by you are governed by our terms and conditions of supply. Please refer to our Term & Conditions at time of booking.

Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to upload material to our site, or to make contact with other users of our site, you must comply with the content standards set out in our acceptable use policy. You warrant that any such contribution does comply with those standards, and you indemnify us for any breach of that warranty. You warrant not to post any material to our site that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law; or for any other purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.
Any material you upload to our site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary, and we have the right to use, copy, distribute and disclose to third parties any such material for any purpose. Our Price Promise
Our Price Promise is specifically for package bookings only (minimum of a flight plus hotel) and an itinerary we offer. We welcome any quotes from other travel agencies and will always aim to match or beat the quote. We will endeavour to beat or match the basic cost (excluding Airline Failure Protection, ATOL protection contribution charges) of an identical arrangement (exactly the same flights, including airline, departure date, departure times, flight number, booking class code and hotel room type and board basis, fare/rate rules and conditions) provided proof of a like-for-like PDF quote from a UK operated travel agency is provided to us prior to the booking. The alternative quote must be for a qualifying package arrangement that is live and available to book via a travel agent at time of booking with us. Our Price Promise is against the competitor’s initial quote only – we will not enter into an on-going negotiation on price after the first quote is bettered. When we cannot at least match the price we will offer our best price. Scenarios where we cannot match the competitor price may be due numerous reason including, currency differences, exclusive pricing not available to us and limited availability.
Where we believe there to be an erroneous fare/price displayed/offered by a competitor or that the price offered is no longer available to book, we have up to 7 working days to investigate the pricing. If at this point we believe the price to be invalid/incorrect/unavailable, our best price will be offered. Price Promise can be withdrawn/altered without notice and cannot be combined with any other offer/discount.
Viruses, hacking and other offences
You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. You must not take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our computer equipment, or that infringes upon the rights of a third party.
By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
Please also note, internet communications (i.e. emails) are not guaranteed to be secure or virus-free. Flight PA Ltd does not accept responsibility for any loss arising from unauthorised access to, or interference with, any Internet communications by any third party, or from the transmission of any viruses or technological materials.
