• Equinox – Modern European dining is enjoyed at this lively restaurant. With panoramic views of the city, try the Sunday brunch or a wholesome roast. If undecided, visit the carving station and take your pick.
• Mikuni – an interactive Japanese dining experience which hosts three live stations for teppanyaki, sushi and rabatayaki, the fusion of modern and traditional Japanese cooking is to be enjoyed.
• Introbar – This sports bar plays homage to everything a sports bar should be. Gourmet snacks include burgers and pizzas and the beverage list is impressive.
• JAAN – for an intimate fine dining experience, this is the place to be. Offering only 40 seats, French cuisine is presented using the freshest ingredients and tempting meats.
• Kopi Tiam – for an all Singaporean experience, try the Fish Head curry or the Chilli crab. The authentic spices and herbs are infused and guests are given a taste of Singapore.
